Jazz Singh is the Founder & CEO of EmpowerAbility, an organisation dedicated to creating pathways for inclusion, opportunity and meaningful societal contribution. An inspirational speaker with lived experience, he champions those whose potential is often overlooked and unlocks the “hidden talent” within society.  

With over 17 years of experience in wealth management, Jazz’s professional journey took a life-altering turn when he received a six-year prison sentence. His story is a powerful testament to transformation, resilience and second chances.   

Since his first speaking engagement in 2023, Jazz has delivered over a hundred talks within prisons and across corporate platforms. He challenges perceptions, shifts mindsets and inspires organisations to embrace more equitable opportunities.  

Jazz is also a Global Freedom Consultant with the Incarceration Nations Network, contributing to the advancement of more humane and inclusive systems.
