Our Work

Connections & Community

When business leaders come together for justice, transformation spreads across industries.

Many companies and their leaders want to advance justice, but don't want to do it in a silo. Often, all it takes is a network of peers, a room to learn in, or the right introduction at the right time to turn intent into action.

That's what RBIJ builds: national and international business networks, cross-sector events, and direct introductions between companies well suited to partner. Since 2018, we've coalesced a Workforce & Justice Alliance of more than 90 companies, brought hundreds of business leaders to our annual Workforce & Justice Summit, and facilitated countless lasting business-to-business partnerships built to advance justice.
