Keilon Ratliff
President, Staffing & BPO, Kelly
Keilon Ratliff leads at the intersection of strategy, inclusion, and enterprise growth. As President of Staffing & BPO at Kelly — one of the world's longest-standing workforce solutions companies — he oversees the strategic direction and operational performance of a global staffing and business process outsourcing enterprise, connecting people to meaningful work across industries at scale. He’s delivered consistent results while building the kind of client and team trust that sustains long-term growth. His approach is grounded in proximity: stay close to the people doing the work, challenge the assumptions that hold them back, and build partnerships that make space for talent others often overlook.
Over a 25+ year career with Kelly, Keilon has built a track record of driving business growth while dismantling the systemic barriers that keep capable people on the sidelines. He was a driving force behind Equity@Work, an initiative that removed outdated hiring practices disproportionately impacting underrepresented job seekers. He also played a central role in launching Kelly 33, a program dedicated to connecting employers with candidates who deserve a second chance — putting the business of staffing directly in service of justice. It's that same conviction that drew him to his work with the Responsible Business Initiative for Justice.
Keilon holds an MBA from Ohio Dominican University, a degree in Psychology and Human Resources from Westminster College (PA), a Six Sigma Green Belt, and is a graduate of Columbia Business School's Senior Executive Program (CSEP). He is a two-time DEI Influencer honoree from Staffing Industry Analysts.
Based in Columbus, Ohio, he is a father, husband, and a committed believer in the power of work to transform lives.
