Jodi Anderson Jr. is Co-Founder of rézme, an AI software startup using technology to help businesses capture government incentives by recruiting overlooked talent — including veterans, justice-impacted individuals, opportunity youth, and neurodiverse candidates. The platform automates Fair Chance compliance and provides legal guidance for both employers and job candidates. 

Jodi's path from incarceration through leading academic research institutions into startups, technology, and innovation is proof of the talent that traditional hiring overlooks. After a decade in juvenile and adult maximum-security prisons, he became valedictorian of Cornell's Prison Education Program while still incarcerated as a teenager. He went on to attend Cornell University before transferring to Stanford, where he earned a BA in Political Economy & Development and an MA in Education with a focus in Policy & Technology. 

His career spans high-growth startups including MOJO Sports (Acquired 2023) and Reddit (IPO 2024), as well as research at Stanford's Accelerator for Learning. As Director of Technological Innovation at Cornell's Center for Applied Research on Work, Jodi created statewide technology deployments across New York State addressing second chance hiring, ban the box initiatives, Clean Slate legislation, compensation standards, and labor policy. This work applied technology-enabled solutions to critical workforce challenges. He currently serves on the boards of Jobs for the Future (JFF)'s Center for Artificial Intelligence & the Future of Work and the Howard University Law AI Initiative, where he helps shape the intersection of technology, policy, and economic justice.
