Caroline Nankinga is the Senior Director of Talent Development & Inclusion at NBCUniversal, where she drives strategies that foster an inclusive culture and empower colleagues across the Universal Entertainment workforce in EMEA and APAC.  

In her role, Caroline champions NBCUniversal’s commitment to inclusion and social impact, driving initiatives that create equitable opportunities and meaningful change. She leads the company’s corporate partnership with Key4Life, a UK-based crime prevention and rehabilitation charity, delivering programmes that reduce youth reoffending through employability workshops, mentoring, internships, and work taster days, while amplifying the charity’s mission to transform lives.  

With over 20 years of experience in organizational culture, talent development, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), and management consulting, Caroline is passionate about building workplaces where individuals from all backgrounds can thrive and reach their full potential.
