RBIJ's Workforce & Justice Alliance (WJA) is a community of forward-thinking businesses working to advance systemic change in the justice system and remove barriers to employment for justice-impacted job seekers.

WJA member companies convene virtually on a quarterly basis to:

• Exchange best practices and insights on justice advocacy and inclusive hiring strategy with peer companies.
