Harriet Molyneaux

Harriet is an advisor, executive coach, and responsible business advocate working at the intersection of leadership, culture, and organisational capacity. She supports executives and boards to strengthen judgment and the conditions required to lead well under sustained pressure, and is a long-standing advocate for business as a force for good. 

Her work includes supporting Linklaters to win the 2016 Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Award for Strategy and Behaviour Change, and she also served on the 10 Downing Street Mental Health and Wellbeing Committee. Harriet is a Non Executive Director of HSM Advisory, an Ambassador for Working Families, and her perspectives have featured in Economist Impact, the Financial Times, and the BBC World Service.
