Every April, Fair Chance Month unites businesses across the U.S. to break down hiring barriers and unlock opportunity for millions of people impacted by the justice system. Join RBIJ and justice-minded employers in proving that Fair Chance Hiring is good for business — and for the communities we serve.

Fair Chances Week in the U.K.
From April 27 – May 1, businesses and charities across the U.K. will come together to mark the first-ever Fair Chances Week, a national moment to spotlight the barriers facing people with criminal records and why dismantling them strengthens communities, businesses, and the economy alike.

Event Submission Guidelines
1. Who can submit events?
Businesses and nonprofits are welcome to submit events for consideration. To ensure featured events are relevant to employers, RBIJ reserves the right to approve, modify, or decline any listing.
2. What do we feature?
Employer-led or employer-relevant events — including job fairs, webinars, trainings, or networking opportunities — that highlight Fair or Second Chance Hiring.
3. If selected, how will my event appear?
Selected events will display the event name, date, and thumbnail graphic or host logo, with a link to the host’s official event page.
