Porter Novelli: What Does the 2020 Election Mean for Justice Reform?

As the smoke clears following one of the most divisive Presidential campaigns in history, focus has turned to what it actually means for policy. This session, cohosted by RBIJ and Porter Novelli, will bring together experts to evaluate the environment for meaningful criminal justice reform alongside the profiles of the electoral victors - and the challenges they, and the business community, face. But what changes will we actually see? What specific policies are being touted, and what can they accomplish? Given that most justice policy is state-level, what are the implications of the other races? And how can business engage with this new government around this issue?
